We are aware that a Phoenix based real estate and Property manager unlawfully trading under our name, has recently been disciplined by the Arizona Department of Real Estate for unethical business practices. They are known as Prime Residential Management or PRM.

It is our understanding that due to the multiple counts against them and their loss of licensure, they are closed and out of business.

There has been much confusion amongst many people, including our current clients. Please understand that our company PRM Association Management is, and never has been affiliated with Prime Residential Management.
